As a graphic designer, one of the things I enjoy most about Costa Rica are the hand-painted signs you can find everywhere. This one in particular comes with a very unique hand-painted house. Se vende lotes = lots for sale.

I like to imagine that the person living here is a real estate agent. Fabulous!
Here is another excellent sign that I found in Puerto Viejo. This one says “slow down”.
I will slow down for this sign.
